On 10\/22\/24 AICC and cohost USABC hosted a gala luncheon and a business forum featuring Bank Indonesia Governor Perry Warjiyo as part of a celebration of 75 years of Indonesia\u2019s sovereignty, 75 years of US-Indonesia relations, AICC\u2019s 75 anniversary and USABC\u2019s 40th<\/sup>. With opening remarks by Acting Ambassador of Indonesia to the US, Sade Bimantara<\/strong>, the event featured the “USABC-AICC Distinguised Servce Award for US-Indonesia Economic Relations” given to Bank Indonesia for its central role in maintaining a stable foreign exchange\u00a0regime\u00a0(especially during the recent turbulence of supply chain disruptions caused by wars and the COVID pandemic) central to all business transactions.<\/p>\n
